What is the Adult Homelessness Support Service?
If you are staying in a refuge, transitional housing or experiencing any form of homelessness within the Southwest Metropolitan area, a Housing Case Manager can help you explore your housing options. We can also link you with other services to help you manage issues impacting your ability to obtain safe, stable, and affordable accommodation.
Support provided:
- A Housing Case Manager can work with you to develop a support plan around your housing needs.
- Link you into appropriate services including health, education, and counselling to manage issues impacting your ability to obtain safe, stable, and affordable accommodation.
- Provide tenancy information around how to maintain a tenancy.
- Provide advocacy and referrals to housing providers including community housing and Department of Communities Housing.
- Support with establishing a tenancy including sourcing essential home and housekeeping items.
Locations
The service operates in the South-West Metro (inclusive of Fremantle, Cockburn, Kwinana and Rockingham areas) and in the Great Southern (Albany).

Please call the Housing Enquiry Line on (08) 9528 0735 for more information, or agencies who wish to refer clients can complete the referral form and email it to housing@anglicarewa.org.au.
This service operates a waitlist and during periods of high demand the waitlist may be closed to new referrals.
